Logging my exercise

I have my iPhone synced to this app to log my steps in a day (haven't got a Fitbit yet! ☺️) and when I run I log it through MapMyRun so it automatically syncs to this app. But when I did my run this morning my iPhone logged my steps during my run as well as MapMyRun logged my run so after my run I deleted the steps my iPhone logged from my exercise for the day because it would just be doubling the calories I burned for one exercise correct? Sorry if this confuses anyone! Just don't want to double log my exercise calories

yes, if you have 2 apps tracking your activity that sync with MFP - it will count it twice...0

@tracymayo1 thankyou! Just thought I would check! I deleted my iPhone step log and went with my MapMyRun log! Thanks again
