Just wondering if anyone has tried this. If so what did you think about it? Did you see the kind of results that they promise?
I can't afford a gym membership right now and I don't really have the time or ability to go to the gym. So I was thinking about buying something that I can do at home for a bit more convenience. However, that being said I don't want to purchase a fad or something that doesn't work.
Also if there is anyone doing this right now or planning on doing it in the next month I would love to add you to my friends list for some added support.
Thanks for the input.
