Just some Friday motivation for everyone! Nutrition nutrition nutrition! I made the mistake before to do a ton of cardio and was losing weight but didn't realize I was also losing muscle on top of burning fat. I later learned a few things and shifted my cardio a bit to minimize the muscle loss but maximize the fat loss. MFP was a life saver in tracking my macros, hopefully you're all finding it as useful as I do in my continued fitness journey!2
