My name is Noel and I'm a post op Gastric Bypass 13 months. I've lost 130 pounds since surgery. It was easy before but now I've hit the point where I need to dedicate myself to a program. I'm joining Nerd Fitness and started doing Body Weight exercises and walking. I really slacked on my nutrition and got really low on my protein consumption but I'm working on remedying that though. Anyone in similar situations or have any pointers? Thanks in advance.
