For those who routinely walk, run, or cycle to work and for errands, do you log your daily commute in your diary?

No. I count it toward my lifestyle which is lightly active.0

Me too.0 -
I have a Fitbit, so my MFP goal automatically adjusts based on how much movement I do and I don't have to log anything separately.0

When I commuted by bike, of course I tracked those rides. I'd go easy in the morning since I didn't want to show up at a professional office covered in sweat, then the ride home was a workout. Some days I'd go out of my way for an errand, to see a friend, or to enjoy the weather and scenery, other days I'd race directly home. Even if I always followed the same route, traffic and wind (etc) affected how much work I was doing.
Sadly my company moved too far away for this to be feasible anymore.1 -
Yes. My commute is long enough to matter. IMO. 38 miles yesterday round trip.1

When I cycle it's 10 miles, cross country each way. So yes.
For other stuff, I have a VivoSmart so that accounts for background level activity0 -
I set MFP to sedentary and log everything.
So far, walked 563 miles this year.0 -
My fitbit is not syncing to the my fitness pal0

I'm set at sedentary and have my fitit synced with mfp, which does all the maths for me.0

I only walk to work, so it's included in my calories already - lightly active. I only log purposeful exercise, daily activities like commuting to work, working, housework etc aren't considered exercise for me.0

This. I use my fitbit. My commute is a 30 minute walk, or 12 minute bike ride. If I walk it, my fitbit tracks it. If I ride it, it's just "lifestyle".0 -
My phone automatically adds the steps in but if yours doesn't then yes I would add it0

If I regularly commuted by foot or bike or something I would include it in my activity level.0
