I pre charted my breakfast for tomorrow is 231 cals too much for breakfast?

    Only you can answer that question based on how that 231 calories fits in to your daily goals.

    Depends. What's the rest of your day look like? Does 231 calories of breakfast satisfy you and fit your goals for the day? Personally I'd probably still be hungry but you have to do what works for you and fits into your daily goals.

    For 3 months I've been trying to set calories to each meal. Impossible. Every day is different.
    Some nights when I eat a lot, I'm not even hungry the next morning. Other mornings I'm starving.
