I have really struggled with weightloss and keeping up the momentum! Can anyone help with how they suceed or can give me any pointers?

    For me it was a lifestyle change of reducing carbs to a minimum. After seeing significant results, it’s now easy for me turn away from the processed carbs found in common foods. I also found a passion in cycling and this activity keeps my metabolism revving higher than normal.

    Research, experiment, know what your body can tolerate and be patient with yourself. Success will follow good habits.
