Live in Hamilton, ont and starting my fitness pall after being away from it a while. Am doing pretty good since Monday but with the long weekend upon us it's going to be difficult. I've quit drinking too so extremely difficult. Hope I make it through the weekend without blowing what I've done all week.

You'll be fine. And if you overindulge a bit, just don't use it as an excuse to keep overindulging... make sure you do NOT beat yourself up for it, and get back on track right away. You've got this!1

Congrats on giving up alcohol.. I struggled with it myself. Sober since Nov 20150
