Help! Havent been able to sync my fitbit

I got a new phone about a month ago. I downloaded the fitbit app. MFP says it's syncing yet no calories are added or subtracted. I've logged off both mfp and fit bit. Turned off my phone, etc.
When i go to the apps section of mfp it shows its connected. I even hit Disconnect to try to turn it off and back on and it wont let me disconnect.

Try going into fitbit.com and opening the mfp app from in there, that's what i had to do the other day, but then again that's the only time I've had trouble so far ....also make sure your bluetooth is on0
