    Hello - I had exactly the same idea so started reaching out earlier this week, so maybe we can help keep each other motivated. I definitely have the healthier lifestyle as my ultimate aim, but have quite a few lbs I want to shift (40+) before transitioning to a steady state that I *will* maintain this time.
