I have a busy life style with work and an 11 1/2 month old daughter but I've used this app to help me track my calories intake which is around 1600 to 1900 a day with very light workouts that just Includes walking at the park with a jog here and there. Basicly I'm using my Fitbit and walking 8000 to 10000 steps a day and watching my diet about 5 or 6 days a week and give myself 1 or 2 cheat days here and there but I've dropped weight without killing myself and if you have patients and follow your plan it'll work itself out. I was 225 mid Febuary and I am currently 197 and will weight myself tomorrow so might be lighter.
