Back on track

Hi Folks,

I am a recent returner to Pal - have been posting my exercise and food during the summer while we were on vacation - that's right - I am once again trying to get healthier.
I don't "diet" - but my doctor encouraged me to become more 'nutrition aware' along with adding a bit more exercise.
Looking for like minded friends - I will encourage you if you will encourage me!
