I wrote a book: The Thin Manual (now on Amazon for free)
Hey everybody.
Over the course of my weight-loss journey I read a lot about how to lose weight, about this diet or that, and after a while, it became more aggravating than helpful. Too many snake-oil salesmen selling 30 dollar books about what specific food combinations to eat, when to eat and which cardinal direction to face while eating.
So I wrote a little book myself in order to straighten things out. It doesn't pretend to have the One True Secret™ to losing weight but instead aims to convey an understanding of how gaining and losing weight works, plus tips on how to put that knowledge into action.
This of course means that most of you will know most of what is in this book, but with any luck the tips & tricks section might still be worth a read.
It’s available on Amazon for free. Only for a few days (because I'm trying out Amazon’s KDP Select; it will be 2.99 after that), but if you have Amazon Prime, you can read it for free after that.
(Reviews are of course much appreciated.)
