1200 Calories: Need Healthy Meal Plans Please!

Hello!

My doctor put me on a 1200 Calorie a day diet. I was doing great losing weight the first month but it is getting hard :( I tried increasing my calorie intake to 1400-1500 with increased exercise but I only lose weight with the 1200 calories a day. My doctor said stick with it so I am going to...most of the week. But I need to try different meal plans or I get bored.

If anyone on a 1200 calorie diet could share their daily meal plan that would be awesome! Thank you :))

    My diary is wide open and I try to net close to 1250 per day...I am a VERY small person. Most of the time I'm pretty darned close, but I love my beer, so... :)

    Protein is the key here. Lots and lots of protein - it keeps you full!
