New to the community looking to feel welcomed.

Hi, been using MFP for a while now but only just getting involved in the forum. My main goal is to be as low of a BF% as possible while still living a normal lifestyle and not secluding myself from social occasions. My main fault is that I hate food waste, for example, if I'm at a restaurant and someone doesn't finish their food and they offer me it then it's going down my throat. Apart from that I'm pretty consistent with my eating pattern, my diet is flexible but not to the extent that I change my diet everyday I have a set menu that I know hits my macros everyday and I enjoy eating it and it makes it easier for food prep.
