Yummy Healthy Protein Shake - Easy to make
1 scoop all natural unsweetened or sweetened with Stevia vanilla or chocolate whey isolate
1 frozen banana
1 cup skim milk or unsweetened Silk Vanilla almond milk
3/4 tablespoon cocoa
2 ice cubes
Stevia to sweeten (unless you buy whey power with Stevia already in it)
Stick it all in a blender. The key here is the ice cubes and frozen banana, makes it pop!
Great healthy post workout recovery drink - low calorie and high protein!

Curious to know if you should drink protein shake after cardiovascular workout or strength training, or both? If I only workout cardiovascular about 30 mins, should I still drink one post workout??0
