Hi,
I've started to use myfitnesspal again
I've lost 20 lbs in last 2 months, and standing at 220 lbs. I want to get to 160-170 Lbs range, and 32 waist. I am 5'10" tall 42 years old male from Edmonton, AB Canada
My idea about weight loss is to control diet + moderate exercise. Controlled diet means to avoid sugar and all processed foods, take a lot of veggies and fruits and stick to traditional Indian foods.

Go with the diet that works for you. I will say that I count calories and macros, and while I eat plenty of meat and veggies, I also eat processed foods. I find loosening up my diet and going back the next day serves as a bit of a relief valve that helps keep me more on track than off. I'm mid-40s, 5'10" and 202 in this pic.
Good luck and stick with it.0
