Missed a week but got back on

It was hot as hell and I had extra work in addition to day job. However I tried to continue to eat right and got back on the wagon this week.
Cool thing: I can do 30 push-ups in a row! 20 used to be a struggle even 15. So I'm more proud of this than weight or body fat
