brown and wild rice - single servings in the freezer

This helps keep my whole grain consumption up: made a big batch of brown and wild rice and divided it into 1/2 cup servings for the freezer. Nuke it for a minute and you have a servings of chewy goodness at a moment's notice. I use Alton Brown's oven method to make the rice which is the lazy way. No watching necessary. A 1/2 cup serving of a 2:1 brown and wild rice mixture is 100 calories.
