Hello, again!

I am a 40 year old married mother of an 8 year old. My biggest struggle is emotional eating and body image. I am hoping to find other women in the same situation for support and advice. My first goal is to lose 20 pounds. In September, I hope to be able to add weight lifting 3 times a week in addition to my almost daily walks and 1-2 times a week exercise class.
