Going to Cabo Aug 31st!

Hey all! So, I am leaving in one month for beautiful Cabo! I need to lose 15 lbs by then! I've already knocked 2 off the list so I think I can do this! Any suggestions to speed up progress? I am also in finals week at school and work full time so I need quick suggestions for meals and easy workouts!! Thanks!!

    You might and it's a big might be able to lose 8 lbs of fat by then. Low carb will take extra water weight off, but it will all come back when you eat a normal amout of carbs again and you'll be left feeling bloated. Don't set yourself up for a crash diet. Enjoy your vacation, and plan earlier next time. We all have to learn the hard way sometimes.

    15 Lbs in a month isn't realistic if you only have 15 Lbs to lose...hell, it's not even realistic if you have a lot to lose. Should have started sooner.

    Anything you could do to lose another 13 lbs. in a month could also make you sick. You don't want to get sick in another country - not only would you be dealing with another country's medical system, you would also ruin your vacation. Aim for 4-5 lbs weight loss before you leave and enjoy your vacation.

    The only way to lose 15 pounds in a month is to crash diet, which obviously is not recommended
