I lost 7 lbs in like 4-5 days just by eating rite and excersizing for 5 minoutes a day this is amazing I'm so excited

So happy for you. I bet you are already feeling great. I don't really love exercise but it really does make me feel good afterwards.
I just reached a 20 lb loss this morning. Feeling great! My goal is to lose 15 lbs to get to 185, then 35lbs to get to 150, then finally the last 20 lbs to get to 130. Trying to break it up into smaller goals.
