Kroger higi station accuracy

How accurate do you guys think the higi station at krogers are vs. your own home scale?

Not very accurate. Those types of things don't tend to get calibrated all that often and see high usage.1

I don't think you can weigh naked at the Higi station so you can't compare to your home weight1

If you use the same scale to compare your weight loss, you should be fine. You are looking for a measure of change over time. So if you get on a different scale for each weigh in, your #s will not be consistent. Its kind of like checking 10 different watches. They may all have similar times but won't be identical down to the second.1
