Getting back in the game...

I'm back into the fitness world with a vengeance lol... What can I say, I'm a person of extremes.... I am 5'2" and about 140lbs 36 years old, female. My goal is to lean out goal weight is 118lbs, which puts me around a 20% BMI range based on past results. I'm needing a simple food plan and will be doing a combination of weight lifting and group classes. I will be doing 2-4 chaos/boot camp classes, a yoga and a yoga Pilates class, and some cross fit and additional cardio. I need some helpful meal ideas. I appreciate any help and tips.
