Looking for some clean eating muscle building women

I know as women, aging makes things a little more challenging when trying to lean out as well as busy schedules..kid's, jobs, life... I'm 20 pounds overweight and sluggish, I work 6 days a week, have 3 kids by myself, and I deal with fibromyalgia. I'm pulling everything back together with my health and would love some buddies that focus more on unprocessed food and gym time, rather than just the numbers on the calorie counter. Thanks ☺️

    Friend me! I am too bouncing back from letting the overwhelming life get the better of my diet and gym habits. I have two kids, and I'm a second year teacher. I let my first year of teaching take my life over. I'm about to start another year. I will need cheerleaders too!!!
