Continue weighing and logging your food. You may have some downtime while your body heals, but you can still lose weight by staying under your calories for the day.

An overwork injury, perhaps? Have you spoken to a professional yet?

Eat your calories at a sedentary level. Weigh all solids and be accurate with your entries. You don't need to be active to lose weight, you just need to eat less than you are burning. Depending on the injury and how mobile you are, the level you need to eat at will probably be smaller, but sedentary is a good level to start with.
