need some help please

I need some help trying to find some good workouts for beginners or a really good exercise program for beginners... So far all I do is walk whenever I can and I need a lot of encouragement and support and motivation... I do good for a few days to a week but then I stop because I get bored and not motivated any more...it's hard trying to do it alone.. If I can find some local people close by me and make friends with them, maybe we could do it together and push each other to keep going

    La fitness has classe for spins, Zumba, yoga, swim classes basket ball and more. It's a great way to meet people, go to weekly classes which are included free with your membership. I've met many people and continue to see them weekly at the gym. Even if were only gym fiends they help a lot and it kept me motivated to lose 85lbs

    You an do it. Stop quiting on yourself and stick to your diet and exercise, no cheats no breaks..you can do this! It's all mental mind over matter :) hope I was alittle helpful!
