Long term goals CAN be met!

Tomorrow marks Day Seventy of my journey to lose sixty pounds in sixty weeks. So far I have lost ten pounds. So I am right on track with about a year left in my quest to look and feel great again. B) If you have a long term goal in mind, terrific! Just keep your eye on the prize and never ever give up. And on days you are at the gym, never quit and leave early. We know how hard it is to find the time to exercise, so if you eventually make it, make the most of it!
