    Same here! I look for reasons to use chimichurri. We have a close friend from Argentina who introduced us to this delicious condiment. I made some last weekend and will need to make more soon. Unfortunately, my family doesn't share the love.

    I love it on everything and just made a big batch. It freezes well too...just pour a thin layer of olive oil over the top.
