Can you tell a difference?

Hi everyone,
These pictures were taken over a month and a half and I was just wondering if you can tell a difference in my thighs because I have actually GAINED weight instead of losing. I've been doing Kayla Itsines BBG which is resistance training with a 1 mile warmup run and on other days I do Jillian Michaels cardio/ HIIT workouts. I exercise 6 days a week and I'm not new to exercise so I don't know why I would be gaining weight .. So can you see any progress so I can know whether the scale is just messing with me or is there no difference?

I don't see much difference from the photos.
Have you taken body measurements with a measuring tape? Do your clothes seem to fit differently?
How much have you gained? You could be retaining water due to different exercise or your period that will go away with time.
What are your goals? Lose, maintain, etc?0 -
I don't see the difference but then you were small to begin with anyways. Based on my experience, doing the squats and lunges from videos helped me to a certain point (tightening) but my legs didn't get smaller (in terms of measuring) until I started adding slightly heavier dumbells each week to my leg. I've was off the bandwagon for a few months and have just restarted my workout but now I know what works for me. I too agree with the previous comment, once you get to your size, it's the measurement that matters and not the scale. Best of luck reaching your goal and don't give up.0
