How many times have you seen ads like this on MFP and elsewhere, promising to give you the "magic bullet" for weight loss?

Or my other favorite, "lose weight by following this one weird old trick." Ugh. :grumble:

    All that ad says to me is "Eat your bananas before they turn black!" Oh, I don't pay any attention to them.
