Hey everyone! It's a new start to the week! That means it's a great time to set some goals for yourself

Hi! My goals this week are to eat clean allowing myself 1 "cheat" meal, 30 mins of cardio daily (no excuses) and 200 push ups sit ups and squats. Oh, and drink at least 100oz of water.

I've been doing a personal push-up challenge and plank challenge for a while, so I'm going to continue to build on that but I NEED to start a pull-up challenge also. I've been saying I was going to do this for a least a couple months now. Seeing as how it's Aug. 1st, seems like a good day to start!
My other goal is to add more variety to my diet. I eat the same things all the time out of laziness (I hate grocery shopping). Hope others add to the list. I like reading what others are working on.2 -
To hit my 2016 mileage goal by the end of August instead of the end of December.2
