Needing motivation.

Hey all! I downloaded this app once before but never used it correctly. This time I'm determined to keep track, and be good on my diet.
I would be thankful of people would check out my diary and see if I need to adjust my eating habits anywhere.
I'm trying to do low carb. Higher protein and fat. My body seems to react the best to this kind of diet. So please refrain from saying low carb isn't the way to go. Every body works different.
Please add me as a friend or just message me if you have any suggestions on my eating habits as of so far.

Ps: in a 23 year old female. 133.1 lbs trying to get to 125 again. Working in the hospital so I am on my feet 32+ hours a week. I also go to physical therapy once a week. (Can't afford a gym membership at the moment, but soon!)
