2 eggs scrambled in a pat of butter, half and avocado, 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese, 2 tbls of trader joe's mango salsa.

put diced avocado in bowl, salt and pepper to taste. add cottage cheese. Add scrambled eggs, top with salsa. mix it up, yum!

Approximately 335 calories, super filling and yummy!
