To small changes for a big impact!!

So my name is Andrea and I am back at the weight loss journey. Since August of 2014 I've lost 50 pounds. I've fluctuated between 40-50 pounds lost. I recently changed shifts at work from days to 2:30pm-11pm. I gained 20 in a month!!! I was right back where I've been for most of my adult life. So last week I stopped eating out at my lunch time and decreased the amount of times I ate after work. I lost 10 pounds!! Yay me...,however I know me and I know that one day of bad eating will spiral out of control. So this week I spent $100 on food for the next week or so and I will continue to do so until I can start going to the gym again. I'm so tired from this crazy shift that all I do is sleep and go to work. Small changes/Big impact!!
