Meal prep tips and tricks

Looking to get more into meal prepping, looking for any tips or tricks people use to help them prep. For example how far out do you prep? How long do meals seem to last in the freezer? What types of food works best? Are there any veggies that do well/ not well being frozen for any length of time? The protein I cook with most are ground beef, chicken breast, salmon, pork.
