In the last 2 years i've lost 3 and a half stone. I fell off the bandwagon due to being over confident with my weight loss and thinking i'd never put it on again (which really isn't true) i've put back on a stone in the last year and i'm looking to get back into the mind set to start again. Does anyone have any tips for keeping yourself from waking up the next day and doing the 'i'll start tomorrow' excuse. I know i've got it in me to do it because it's been done, just wish i could remember how i got the will power.

Also last month i started a new job which is basically sitting at a desk 9 hours all day - what would be the best way to go with food at work? Light snacks or a healthy meal?
