Getting Healthier After Africa!

Hey guys! My name is Bri. I recently returned from living in West Africa for about a year and a half.
I got back in June and I kind of went crazy. I pretty much ate everything in site! I gained about 15-20 pounds in a month.
And now I'm trying to get rid of it again.
So far I've lost 2lbs in 2 weeks. At first, I wanted to do C25K and 30 Shred Together, but now, because of scheduling and such, I've mostly just been doing C25K.
I'm currently 141lbs at 5'1, the biggest I've ever been.
I'm trying to reach 135ish by next month when my boyfriend comes to visit (he's a deployed Marine) and hopefully a little less than that for the Marine ball in November. But no matter what, end goal is around 120-115.

Hi Bri! You can do it!
I'm also doing C25K and I'm currently on week 8 this week. How's it going for you? I've lost almost 20 lbs since I started so you CAN do it! Consistency is the key for me. I have to run at the same of day time every time. Else I think I would put it off and never get around to it!
