Teeshirt tight in the bicep area. Good or Bad?

I am a cardio girl but I have been doing more strength on my arms-maybe about 30 min 3 times a week with free weights and I put on one of my favorite tea shirts this morning to notice that in the bicep area it seems tighter. Is that something that I should be proud of as I am new to this whole strength/arm thing. Or...??

Thanks. My arms are already kinda big so I was hesitant on starting weights but I don't want to be flabby as I am loosing so I started strength on my arms and I am assuming this means what I am doing is working? You should be super proud - great arms are hot!0
