Been eating good and working out for a month now and lost 10 pounds but my motivation is starting to drop and I am going back to old habits slightly
Any tips to keep my motivation levels up at this stage, don't want my progress to drop off
Thanks

Are you being too restrictive with your eating habits and exercise regimen? Perhaps you need to back off a bit and lose weight a little more slowly rather than backslide into your old habits completely.0

Everyone goes through this. You need to keep focused on why you want to lose the weight. Perhaps even have a few days when you eat at maintenance cals to give you a diet break as such.
Don't give up ok!
