Just not hungry.

So one problem I always had was binge eating and grazing and eating all the time out of boredom.

I started making dietary changes almost two weeks ago to try and work on being healthier. I've incorporated more whole grains, more fruits and vegetables, smaller portions, and measuring out my food so I don't overeat. I went from drinking like no water at all to drinking about 5 bottles a day.
Well the problem is now I just don't feel hungry. I pretty much eat out of obligation to eat. My appetite has significantly decreased to the point where I'm having trouble meeting 1200 calories (my goal is 1830). I find that at the end of the day I'm scrambling to eat stuff just to make 1200. Unfortunately a lot of those choices aren't really great choices so I am probably being counterproductive.
Is this lack of hunger normal with kind of drastic dietary changes? I ate like absolute garbage before and ate foods that had minimal nutritional benefit.
