1 week into my journey

I am on a trek to lose 70 lbs. I started out at 252 lbs and hope to get down to 180 like I was 6 years ago when I moved from Mississippi to Michigan. So for I've not had any problems meeting my daily goals.

Feel free to add me to help keep each other on track.

    Great work! I also am from MI and also had a goal of 70 pounds to lose-still here, just a few pounds lighter!
    Stick with it-MFP is a great support system!

    I started last week at 253. (restarted............)
    I doubt I'll get anywhere near 180, at 6'2 I'm thinking anything under 195 is about as good as I'm going to get. I may have passed 180 when I was about 15 and haven't seen it since :)

    Also looking for people to keep me accountable and on track.
