I am a fast food junkie! What will help me become a healthier person and lose about 80 pounds off of this 230 at the age of 19?

    Opting for healthier places, Chic-fil-a, panda express, subway. Go for grilled chicken vs anything fried, opt for water, unsweetened tea, or light lemonade instead of soda. When possible instead of fries get fresh fruit or a side salad.

    You can also prelog, so you can see the calories before you order.

    Sent to panda express for the mixed veggies for the side, abs the teriyaki chicken for about 380 calories.


    If trying the avoid fast food, prepackage
    meals, meal prep, batch cook.
