There is no hard and fast setpoint. Every person is different, and therefore every child shall be as well. If anything, just keep an eye on what they are exposing themselves to.

Well, what age do you believe children should have cell phones for personal use [not emergencies]? (Yes, I know that statement is likely moot) But if you can wrap your head around that with a definitive age, you can build from there.
