Mommy tummy

I am struggling getting my tummy flat. My youngest is 7 years, it's been awhile. I have a 37" waist. I am 5'2" so I look 3 to 4 mos preggo. I was doing planks and pilates and now o e to find that I was not helping. I only have 10 lbs to lose, lost 10 already.I am tired of looking like this...I feel horrible about my body.

    Eat less carbs, more protein. Planks are great. You also need to work the rest of your body though. Hit all the muscle groups, keep up the planks and core and do cardio.

    You just need to keep going in a calorie deficit. Adding in some resistance training is a good idea.
