Creatine Is Basically Steroids

Is what I was told today but someone in work. I struggled to hold back laughing in their face, because they were being 100% serious.

Oh how I love how people who have no clue about nutrition and exercise love to think they know everything about it...

    Creatine is actually a precursor which can cause reduced mental ability in those high in ID10-t hormone.

    Oh snap! Then I am in trouble... been taking creatine for a loooooooooong time to recover after lift days...Steroids are steroids... I love the post about the red meat comment...

    People just need to learn about muscles and how the body repairs them...

    I didn't really take that as an insult. I know I was wondering the same thing and it wasn't meant to belittle. Just genuine curiosity as to what kind of job entails/allows that..especially on the clock wise. I was thinking like military or personal trainer. Anyways...that may not have been your question..but that kind of derails from the OP's topic so you might want to start your own thread for more answers, research, etc.
