100 Days In...

I started counting calories 100 days ago. I changed my diet to yogurt for breakfast & lunch and then a modest dinner. No snacks after 7. Very limited on beer and alcohol. I started working out 3 days a week (last week). I am down 34lbs. I did the elliptical last night for 40 minutes straight and pulled out 3 miles. It's a slow process, but I intend to keep with it.
