Trying to straighten out eating!!

Joining up to try to keep track. I have been through many phases: Regular eat what you want, Vegan, then competition eating, then not knowing how to eat anymore!!! Most days are strict because I'm a mom of two little ones and of course plan last for myself... Hopefully getting back to tracking will make me a priority and that I need to eat more! If anyone is on the same journey or is really kicking *kitten* at clean eating and loves the gym - ad me, I'm sure you'd be great motivation.
