I'm in.. Working on Working out so that I can get rid of these last 40 pounds
Would like to challenge everyone to completing one 30 minute routine of moving yourself off the couch, walking, yoga, weights.. pick your battle! I'm challenging myself to this three times a week at least. :sweat_smile:

Current Weight: 192
Hopeful goal: 145-155
