Hey everyone!
I'm just looking to meet some new people who are starting out with a new healthier lifestyle as well! It's pretty daunting and it's nice to hear that people are walking the same path! What sorts of things keep you accountable and what keeps you motivated? What do you do when you're having a bad day? What are some of your worst fitness/eating habits? How do you combat those? What are some of your favourite fitness activities?
I like to hit the gym in the evenings and a morning hot yoga class with a friend of mine. We're pretty competitive and we hold each other accountable, knowing that the other is going to be there at 5:30 a.m. or at 8 p.m. I admit my food journalling is the pits and that's my biggest struggle. I have scraps of paper and napkins everywhere with random meals and deviations. I'm hoping being online here will help me organize myself a bit more!

Hello,
I am just starting out as well.
I would have to say my worst habit is my eating! Just for lunch today I had 3 meatlover's pizzas from Pizza Hut! I will have to figure a way to curb my eating while working out enough to balance my calories for the day!0
